About the speaker
Margaret Larkin teaches Podcasting and Smartphone Audio at Columbia College Chicago.
Her additional achievements include:
- Contributing as an Audio Producer and Social Media Coordinator for the Green Sense Radio podcast, which airs every week on WBBM Newsradio as the Green Sense Minute: https://www.greensenseshow.com/about-the-show
- Interviewing journalists for the Illinois News Broadcasters Association podcast and livestreams on YouTube and Facebook
Margaret established her business—Metrolingua LLC—when she started podcasting in 2009. Before podcasting, her experience included working for a nanotechnology company as a technical writer and proofreading articles for the academic journal Bioelectromagnetics.
